AFA Remembers V-E Day

V-E Day (Victory in Europe) was the end of the gray and arduous six-year period that challenged individual freedoms throughout the world, where many nations saw great oppression and dire sufferings. On May 8, 1954, Germany surrendered unconditionally, finally bringing an end to World War II. It’s a day acknowledged across the globe as we pay tribute to the millions of men and women who fought, supported and gave the ultimate sacrifice in the world’s deadliest war.

Today we honor the heroic actions of those individuals who put their lives on the line for liberty and justice. On behalf of AFA, we show our unyielding appreciation to the legacy they left behind.
